Download Link Not Working

So since I don't have a credit card I asked my friend to get PMDG 747 for me. He forwarded to me the Order Confirmation email, but when I clicked on the download link and logged in it kept showing me this message saying "Your Order ID is not correct, please contact admin" or something along the lines of that. I'm really tired and I'm really angry and I've been waiting for this for a long time. I'm not sure whether to go to the support site or not, because there doesn't seem to be a support ticket included in the Order Confirmation Email. Any help would be appreciated.
