Recommended Posts

Hi All,

Thought it might be an Interesting list of flights to start on old postal flying routes,

Nice long flights broken into smaller hops,

I mostly fly like that, so thought this would be a good place to post them,

Feel free to add any other info on websites or routes.

For those who would like to fly the US Air Mail routes (two sets, one with the transcontinental routes, the other with the contract routes) - http://www.mediafire.com/?7e0q0s5z9wmtwkm

Flight plans are in FSX format and designed to be flown by aircraft consistent with the period (e.g. the Jenny, Tiger Moth, etc).

Hello!

The folks over at DC-3 Airways have created a series of 'Night Mail Flights' for FSX, FS 9 and even FS 2002! They also include lighted Airway Beacons just like the early days, along the entire US Transcontinental Airmail Route. There's also links to more 411 about "Haulin' the Mail"...
