Real World International Flight Plans

Hey guys I did a search on the forums and after 30 minutes of not finding the answer I decided to post here... I know about flightaware.com but I'm looking for a place to get real world flight plans outside the United States; example from Dubai to Kuwait City.  Thanks again.

Every airway (and airway-associated Navaids & waypoints) in the AIRAC on a visual map, with the one directional airways marked clearly etc.

 

Outside the USA there are 3 layer settings "High" altitude airways, "Low" altitude airways and VFR (Which is of limited use, but shows smaller airports and most Restricted/Danger areas, coastlines etc).

Amsterdam Schipol (EHAM) to Montreal (CYUL) is a good one. In the real world, a KLM MD-11 flies this route.
