5 minutes ago - LXGB on 09 - sadly FSX crashed 3 minutes later so I am a very unhappy bunny!  All the way from GCTS, too.

Today, my fault for having AI traffic at 85% and FSX ATC on.

I did one yesterday. a Cessna pilot took a dump in his pants when looking in the mirror, and above the text "Object in the rear view mirror may appear closer than they are", saw a 747 just before landing.

Thankfully, I haven't had a go-around in the NGX. However while flying the default CRJ-700 into KPHX I was unable to intercept the glideslope, and went around. Since I was using the default, I followed the default ATC's instructions. This of course was before I discovered payware aircraft, and I went broke forever.
