Door opening

I have the Boxed 777 Professional and love it.

One problem; I cannot get the doors to operate on either the freight or passenger versions. What is the correct method to use ??

SHIFT+E 1 for doors and SHIFT+E 2 for cargo doors. That is for the passenger vesion. O don't know about the frighter.
