Of course I know it is an option. Just saying It is a shame for FSCaptain users will not be able to use that fantastic option on long hauls.

Those people? I'm amazed by 777 features so far, so don't point your finger at me mate.

There are number of amazing FSX addons, and when you are using few of them at the same time, it is normal that some features of an aircraft or whatever will not work with X or Z addon.

This is awesome! I'm more of a short haul flyer myself, so the 777's long haul routes will be welcome with this feature.

I'm hoping Bryan will be able to get FS2crew to play nice with this awesome feature. I don't really fly the big stuff without his magic.

This feature will save my flights, Usually I dont own my time, I get calls for work out of no where, so I stop flights in the middle of them, or sometimes i just get sleepy want to sleep and now this feature will save those flights and make me enjoy the aircraft to the max

Naw man I didn't mean it like that.  You get what I mean though by those people.  The ones that can never be satisfied.  I should have put a smiley in my note.  I can tell all of us on the threads tonight are very passionate for this bird.

As Ryan pointed out- this isn't a feature you are FORCED to use.

 

It is there for your convenience.

 

Fact is- this airplane is capable of hitting some tremendous distances- and we thought this feature would open up the world of long haul flying to far more simmers because it would eliminate the requirement to spend 4-18hrs at the computer if you don't have the time.

 

Some folks can put those hours together (lucky you!) but some of us just can't....

 

So this lets us also fly those vast distances...

 

Now as for all the VA rules...  That is for someone else to take up.

I am one of them.  I also find it amazing that you've created a time compression system that works perfectly (or so we hear ) with the bird.  Just amazing!
