Thanks :blush: Yeah I haven't figured out that whole Rocky Mountains thing yet :Nail Biting: Got plenty of time though with a TAS of 72kts :lol:  Got the ultralight last night, its the Ant's Drifter http://www.antsairplanes.com/drifter.html I'm actually going to attempt the whole flight into So.Cal. Got some help with Foreflight on the iphone, Simionic G1000 on the ipad, and Airview on my networked 7" touch screen. Though I anxiously await the T7 like everyone else, this little ultralight is a hoot too :p0502:

Try following Historic Route 66 out of Chicago. It'll take you all the way home plus the highest elevations you'll probably see is 5800 feet although you'll be passing around the 10000 foot Sandia Mountains at Albuquerque.
