Would this be worth it...

Currently I have an i5 2500k overclocked to 4.8, along with an asus p8p67 le motherboard, 8 gb of ram & a gtx670.

 

Considering jumping onto Haswell with an i7 4770k and an asus sabertooth motherboard to go with it.

 

Would I see much difference/ be worth it? Thanks in advance.

Not worth it IMO. Without deliding, Haswell tops at about 4.4-4.5GHz with great cooling. It's a 15% faster but your running a 6 - 10% higher clock so you'd end up with just a 5 - 10% perf boost

Nah not worth. Have the same setup mine only at 4.3ghz. You at least going to spend roughly 300~400 to get the extra fps maybe 3 or 2? further more you have to re install and driver all that.
