... if I could only get there. This is normal service from the BBC:

That is kind of cool.

I do some amature astronomy (I own a 70mm refractor and a 150mm Orion XT6 Reflector). Was just looking at Jupiter early this AM. In fact last night I shot this of the moon...

Am I the only one ^_^ over the irony of a story about the 'endless' universe which gets blocked by man-made limits?

Thanks for the kind comment Richard.

It is a fun hobby and easy to get into. Much less (or more if you want to) expensive than flight simming can be.

This was awesome, nice find, being a trekkie myself I really enjoyed this...

Al, you Moon video is amazing. I actually didn't know that one can look at it being that 'close' with home equipment.  :shok:  Can you do a similar one for Jupiter since you wrote about it? Yes, I know, it's a tad bit further away.

In Northern New Jersey there's Ringwood Botanical Gardens, about 45 minutes outside of NYC.  They have (had? -it's been about a year or more since I've been there) a layout of our solar system with the various planets. Google claims it's 2,084  feet
