Airport Design Editor fail to start?

Hi,

 

I just downloaded the Airport Design Editor but when I try to open it it shows following screen-message???

 Try running it as Administrator. That's what I have to do. Bob.

?? I didnt wanted to sign up there, because I thought first that maybe heres someone who know the issue?

Notice you appear to be running the beta.  Does the production version work OK for you?

No I was running the normal version as the beta version just can bee downloaded at the forum, which I dont have acces to it.
