September 3, 201312 yr I have been flying over and trying to cover the whole of the State of Michigan, USA. I am amazed at the actual diversity and combination of textures where ever you fly within FSXG. I don't even think of this sim as even 'FSX'...any longer. The diversity is so, that you can fly in any direction at 2,800 feet and never feel you are now checker boarding, and flying over 'recycled' terrain. I normally fly at 3,500-5,500 feet in G.A Mode, but have so delighted in the detail of FSXG, that I am now pretty much at 2,800 ft. I was flying towards a farm on the northwest section of Michigan a few minutes ago, and as I approached the property, and its out buildings, I observed something new, that I had not seen to date.......it looked like a stone wall on the edge of a field...but as I got closer and banked a little for better view, lo and behold, it was a row of round bales of hay!!!! Just as you would see on any farm with cattle or horses. The details are fabulous ORBX. This is no longer FSX. This is now a global flight simulator experience of an elevated nature. Wow...wow...... Back to the flight and northward..... Fabulous......
