I dont see my 777 order in my account

I have bought the 777 for $ 89.99 with my credit card

 

when was loading at the time of payment, went wrong, because they said that the server was slow.

 

I received the order confirmation in my email, but never received access to download the 777.

 

Also I looked at my credit card account and the debit was made by PMDG

 

Also I looked at my preview order and not my recent order in that place
