Step cycle?/viewing the screens

Hello

 

1) I cant seem to be able to cycle through my legs page using the 'step' button while the nav screen is under PLN? 

2) Is it possible to move the screens when you bring them up in 2d as I cant seem to be able to drag them around the screen

Rotate knob to PLN

Go to LEGS page of CDU (for the side you selected PLN)

Click STEP

Yes.  You have to click on the black border, though.

You sure you've rotated the knob, and didn't accidentally try CTR instead?
