i can not see cockpit panal only virtual cockpit and i have a problem instaling liveries please help

Not sure what you are referring to. There is only VC with the product. Have you taken a look at the introduction?

 

Did you load the ops center update?

I think he means when you load the 777, you only get a view outside, no panels.  This happens to me.  So you need to go  to VIEWS, then select Cockpit View.  (I guess)

System: Intel I7-7700K-Water Cooled, 32GB Ram, GTX 1080Ti, 500gb SSD, 1TB HD and dedicated 1TB and 2TB SSD's for Flight Simulators
