Using P3Dv4.2, but no matter what I try, hitting Ctrl+4 has no effect at all. (Windows 10 x-64 US)

I have the Ctrl +1 through +0 assigned to EFIS controls and have never ran into a problem with NAV idents. Very few of the default keyboard settings remain in my configurations because I always delete those I do not use.
