Try re-installing the product and don't forget to de-activate the product first.

 

This should really generally be your last option after exhausting the rest.  I can't tell you how many times I've seen "I've reinstalled, but it didn't fix the problem" here on the forum.  It rarely fixes the issue, and can actually cause other issues.

I just had a client ring me and tell me she re-installed Windows on her company laptop (bloody recovery partition) all to fix her email, which was promting for a password due to server issues. So 30 second fix for our tech team becomes a few hours. Great, thanks.....

Hi, I fixed it just typing the correct activation code for the 300 that is different than the 200 one, you can find it into the confirmation email from PMDG.

I was supposing the code was the same, hope this helps.
