I have activated it in the FMC manu, but it is not working.. - no callout is coming..!

Do I have to reinstall the T7? (I don´t have FS2 Crew or any other RAAS installation..)

Thanks for your support!

Hi Berni,

See this line:

"***COULD NOT CONNECT to the Flight Simulator.."

That's the problem.

Please check the trouble shooting section in the manual:

http://www.support.fs2crew.com/help/manuals/#pageid=help_and_trouble_shooting

Make sure your DLL.XML has the RAAS entries.

Sometimes if you're running UAC, the write entries can be blocked.

Best,

Hey Bryan,

- I checked the DLL.XML entries, they are in there.

- I disabled my firewall..

- UAC not active

I will not reinstall my FSX! My FSX is so stable and fast.. and so many things installed... is there no other way to reinstall/fix simconnect??

If I reinstall the service packs, will this delete or change my other fsx settings, like fsx.cfg and so on??

Thanks for your help!

Same for me, I seem to get it working randomly at times and not consistantly. Does the built in RAAS conflict if you have FS2Crew RAAS pro?

I mean, if I have FS2Crew RAAS Pro, is it better to use that instead of the built in one in the PMDG 777?

Hi Aaron,

The code between the 'locked' and 'unlocked' RAAS is the exactly the same.

The interesting part you mentioned is it works 'randomly'.

Can you isolate when it works...

There must be something running in the background that's the factor.

I'm not a 100 percent sure.  I'm pretty sure though it will delete your FSX.CFG.

You could also have a corrupt windows system file.  It's hard to say.
