September 10, 201312 yr the 777 is a great simulation. I think i pefer the NGX though because I feel like I'm fully flying the thing with it not having FBW and all. but its still cool to have a big &@($* jet. Tamati
September 10, 201312 yr I have both and I prefer the NGX just for the 2D panel, where as in the 3T you have to push several buttons to get close to the 2D or buy another software to do it. I am not saying that the T7 is inferior but if they gave us the option as well to have a 2D panel I would prefer it than the NGX. stelios P.S. and please don't tell me that PMDG did not informed us about it. they did but still does not prevent me from wanting one even as an add on. September 10, 201312 yr I preffer NGX over the T777 if some bugs getr fix i shal give the T777 a try again; in meanwhile i shall fly NGX smoot in frames zero crashes and feels like a 737. Stephan System rig: i7 3960x 4.4 GHz (overclock stable) Revision C2. RAM: 32GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Motherbord: Asus P9X79 Pro. GPU: ATI 4870 X2 wil be retire soon. 2x1TB HDD.
September 10, 201312 yr I'm really loving both the NGX and my new shiny 777 but they are difficult to compare to me. Both are quite different beasts and the 777 is a much more advanced aircraft avionics wise. I can spend hours for example looking at the non normal checklists etc, the depth is incredible. I am also very impressed with the new ground operations and wind upload feature which is invaluable. I will continue to fly both regularly and when the new 747 comes out, we will really be spoilt for choice! The immersion especially with the sound set is even better than the NG in my opinion Just noticed myself but does the 777 have no HUD option? don't usually fly with it in the NG even though is a great feature. September 10, 201312 yr ooops, sorry PMDG, I posted a comment on the 777 forums, when I thought I was making a more generalized comment on Hangar Chat. Please delete (and persuade Avsim to give us a Delete button )
