PMDG 737NGX SP2 - Ability to dial in three decimal digits on radio freqency?

Featured Replies

Dear PMDG developers,

Are there any plans to implement the possibility to be able to dial in all three decimal digits on the communication radio frequency?

This would be very nice, because when flying online you need to be able to alter also the third digit to receive e.g. Milano Radar on 135.455

Best regards,

I think this is an FSX limitation, and an improper configuration on the part of the controller.

FSX's minimum step is 0.025, so:

120.45

120.47[5] (depending on the radio modeled, it may only show .47)

120.50

120.52[5] (see above)

Since then, the European side (maybe a few others) have made a requirement for 8.33 khz spacing, so you'd get:

120.45

120.45[8.33]

120.46[6.66]

120.47[5]

...even with this new schema, you still shouldn't have .455 frequencies.
