Anyone knows how to contact megascenery Earth support ?

I have a prolem with a purchase I made, I sent 3 messages using their website contact form, never got an answer.

 

Maybe one of you guys knows an email or a way to get directly in contact with them.

I have sent messages in the past to their MSE support site and sometimes it took 2 weeks or more to get a response.  Sometimes no response (as the answer to my question was made through an update to the software).  You might try sending a PM to PC Aviator (a member here on AVSIM and a frequent visitor to this forum).  If you are having a problem with installing then you should post your question here.

I received mine, it makes my system very slow. but worst is that it megaearth packages have poor resolution. All i can see at 3000 ft is blurry land with no images whatsover clear.

I contacted the service too, but they do not respond, especially if the problems is regarding complains on poor resolution. I am looking for a refund as the product has very poor resolution.
