Snapshot: (11th Sept 2013) Which aircraft are you flying most?

Featured Replies

We've had some amazing releases, and we've never had a better choice of add-on aircraft, whether airliner, GA, or anything in between!

But everything considered, as of today, which single aircraft are you still spending the most time flying in FSX?

For me, although I love the T7, I only fly her when I have enough time to be able to complete proper flight and load planning (3-4+ hours), which isn't as often as I'd like.....

So for me, the answer to the question;  as of today, which aircraft are you flying the most, would be :-

The Majestic Dash 8 Q400

The default Trike.

+1 on the 777 being a very time consuming plane to fly long haul reasonably realistically, even with the cruise acceleration.

The NGX is already calling, simply because it's perfect for those one or two hour hops.

This is in no way a disappointment to me, as the NGX suits my leisure pattern and location preferences perfectly. The 777 has been purchased mainly for the versatility factor.

Ummm, well, the last flight I did was in the Fravin C150 - in FS9, lol. Ya caught me with my pants down to be honest since FS9 is a bit out of character for me.

+1. I have limited sim time these days and the Legacy give me the most fun per minute of use.

Alabeo D17 Staggerwing, hands down...

The PMDG 737NGX for Southwest Virtual Airlines. The only plane I fly!

The RealAir Lancair Legacy. I don't think I've flown any other plane for so long as this one. However, since the release of the A2A C172R I have only flown that one... The future will tell if if I will keep on using it as my default plane (which will certainly be the case for quite some time) as long as I've flown the Legacy.

 same here.

Im trying to balance my time between the two and they are both great addons, i dont really want anything bigger than them unless its the 757 at pmdg level.

757 is the best aircraft ever made, love it, so much power :)

I usually only fly 1 to 2 hours and use Radar Contact 4.3 for ATC. The Majestic Dash 8 can easily cover between 200 to 300 miles and use large or medium airports, so it's perfect for the way I like to fly.

It's funny I was flying the NGX daily prior to the T7 coming out. I've been spending free time reading the manuals which means I have not been flying anything.

I miss my NGX and my flows. Maybe I'll stop reading about the T7 for awhile and fly again. This hobby requires a lot of homework!
