Been following the thread here for the last few days.

 

Glad to see you finished the All Black livery, I've just downloaded it from the library and have to say it's stunning, thank you so much for all your hard work.

 

Just two questions though,

 

I know the all black livery is originally on a 777-300, is that why you had to make the extra over-wing door and have 5 doors each side instead of the original 4. Is this something to do with the way you repaint these planes, I've never done one so ask out of curiosity not criticism.

 

I noticed looking very closely at your repaint, and it was close! that there appears to be a second APU exhaust port on the right side of the tail cone...........Just  wondered if you knew?

 

Anyway I think you have done an amazing job and want to thank you again for all your patience and hard work.

"second APU exhaust port " have to look into that as for 5 doors pmdg 777 is only a 200 and the 300 has 5 doors so graphically I added this in paintkit without the walkway on the wing and the 5th door this paint would have been quite weird imo, thanks Dave

Yeah I was asking about the 5th door because I wasn't sure if you were faithfully recreating the black livery to be the same as in real life ie as a 300 model all be it on the shorter 200 model PMDG fuselage, or doing it as a 200 in the first place from the outset. I guess your reply answered my question though. 

 

Looking forward to trolling through the library for more creations now.

First of all, Great job and thank you very much!

Second: When in spot view, at certain angles, the livery gets all "blurry". Any idea why? I dont get this with any of the other liveries.

Nothing wrong with paint identical to any pmdg paint has to be on your end

the bottom one is fictional. Just a mock up, at raydondesigns website is a whole bunch of fictional liveries its amazing what they did with some, there is this one they did:

Nowhere right now unless Rich paints it.  The Etihad 10th anniversary is a Livery Concept for actual airline not FSX.  I would like to see this livery painted for FSX which would be great for a PMDG.
