Hello everyone, I was just installing more sceneries in my FS9 and perhaps one of them did this, but I'm not sure which one, can you tell anything I could do judging by the picture ?

ORBX Global for FS9   :P

:O maybe your computer is on the brink of disaster.

Another oil spill?

Could you please list what have you got for scenery addons, otherwise it is going to be a guessing game.  Please go into your profile and add the proper information in the "My PC" and "My Simulator" entries here, it will help a great deal in the future should you run into more issues.

Depending on what scenery addons you have it may just be a matter of proper layering assignments in your scenery.cfg.

Do you have any screenshots of what FS9 scenery looked like before you installed the sceneries?

Did you install an oversized "HD" detail1.bmp (grass texture, i.e. Prealsoft)?

Thank you for your replies guys, I'm not really familiar with all the PC stuff of gigabytes and memories etc, I just went to a store I told them I want not a super powerfull, but just a good Processor lol

So I started to do my FS9 all over again, for some reason I was told I can have only Drive (C:) and I was advised not to install FS in the default folder, so I installed it in a different folder before Program Files, I noticed this problem after I installed sceneries of Miami from LatinVFR and Drzewiecki Design Miami 2012, I deleted them, but the problem is still there, so I could be wrong, the picture abbove is eastern Europe, everytime I tried dowloading in American continect it gives an error and crashes(haven't tried other regions)

That's what Miami 2012 did to my FS9 install but it left a little more land detail than yours.

I replied to your question about this on my other thread regarding UT/Miami 2012.

Another thing.  Are you loading up FS9 after each install?

For example,

-Install FS9

-load FS9 then test

-close FS9

-defrag

-Install Ultimate Terrain

-load FS9 and test

-close FS9

-defrag

-and so on

Everytime you finish installing something in FS9, you should run, test and defrag before installing your next add on.  When a new scenery is installed, and you start FS9, it has to build scenery indexes and update the scenery library.  If you're using an SSD, don't defrag.

Hope this helps.  Keep us posted.

Yes I load FS9 after every new scenery, but dont always test it when I have lots of them to install lol

It takes soooo much time....... :(

Thank you for the advice in your thread, I can try that, although I'm afraid now to crash anything, will wait untill I gain more courage haha

I think you should be okay as long as you don't disable UT USA.  After my re-installation, I didn't touch anything in the scenery library and everything is good.

Most people install the UT series before any other scenery add on.

I hear you on re-installation taking a lot of time.  That's why it took me a few months before getting back to FS9 lol.

Good luck
