September 21, 201312 yr Author Many thanks! I must admit I haven't had bloom enabled for many a year and everything looked gorgeous; there's been a few hardware changes since then. I nearly hung up my wings a couple of weeks ago following the worst, most difficult to pin down hardware failure I have ever suffered since I started simming in 1999. It's flights like this one that make me glad I persevered till I finally worked out what was going on...(I may still need therapy to get over the trauma though, lol!) September 21, 201312 yr Author Thanks. Yes It is bloom within FSX, and yes it definitely has an appetite for FPS. Still up in the high 20s (locked at 30) with this JF and probably others that don't tax the hardware overly , but I may well look in more detail if I get attached to the effect.
