The R4.CSV file is MISSING!

and don't know how RAAS got on the system

 

The R4CSV is a file that RAAS uses. Any error that you see related to it could also be related to something else entirely. All the same, the makerunways tool would've fixed this for you, and would've spared you hours upon hours of uninstall/reinstall work.

Yeh I think you might be right, however I think their might've also been a deeper problem, as it used to work with this RAAS error, so I don't mind the hours of work.
