Arslan,

The 787 livery will work just fine... anything that will make it easier for you! If you do proceed with the grey livery, how about Tail # 81, and put a thin crimson tail stripe on the top of the Vertical Stab!

Let me know if you have any questions... Thanks!

Do you have a image of the tail with crimson tail strip? and What 81 for?

I don't have a photo of the tail flash; I just thought it up on the spur of the moment, sort of like the stripe in the screenshot you posted of the 737. As a matter of fact, now that I looked at the screenies of the 787 close up, what you have on the tail is perfect! LOL... don't worry about the stripe!

The '81'? I just mentioned it because the screenshots of the 787 show a '64' on the tail.

Take all of the artistic license that you see fit, and go for it!

TDS 787? Brilliant paint scheme!

How are you guys flying this bird ? As I understood from it's release, TDS has only put out a visual model with maybe an FDE but no VC or 2D panel that represents the 787. I'd love to fly it but a proper panel and stable flight characteristics have me sidelining this beauty.

I'd appreciate if someone could share their solution

There's a good add on Panel that was created for the 787:

fs2004_tds_b787_panel_project.zip

The FDE has also been updated, that makes this airplane fly quite nicely.

However, the TDS folks decided not to make a VC for the 787.

Have a look at this thread, where the discussion was quite informative!

Oh, and I apologize for the thread hijack regarding the TDS 737 repaint... you know how one can get caught up in a Repaint, and want it on everything; the car, underwear, tattooed on the chest... :P
