Bloom help

Recommended Posts

Just starting using enb again and it reminded me why I never stick with it. I do like the colours it brings out, but the sky is so bright I can't make out the clouds, and the cockpit is too dark. Is it possible to turn down the overall strength of the bloom settings? Which values can I experiment with in the .ini?

drewsaw2 hello , its very difficult to suggest you which settings will be apt for u as its matter of personal taste. u would want to search the google for enb settings. i would suggest you you to first understand every header in the enbsettings and what are the exact impact of changing the same. i had come accross it some time back. there is a tutorial for the same explaining every line in enb series and its effects . so once you know you can make ur own final adjustments. have a grt day

I can't say I understand how all the ENB settings work even though I read the documentation.  However, when I first tried it I found the same as you and just went through the ini file and reduced all of the settings I understood down to around a half of their initial values.  That gave me a useful base to work from with my experiments and largely a compromise between using and not using ENB.

What works for you will very much depend on your monitor and graphics card settings and personal preferences though.
