if you have AA turned On in NVI, it has to be Off in NV control panel

Thanks for the post Adi518, might check it out.

This is not correct.

They both control at the driver level, only NVI is allowing access to options in the driver that NVidia has chosen to keep out of the NVCP.

Lets say a user has what ever setup in the NVCP, AA on, this setting that setting, saves and closes the NVCP, as soon as you go into NVI and apply and save the settings - now NVI will override what ever NVCP settings you previously had. And now when you open NVCP it has what you set from NVI (or will be grayed out because it is not a standard option) -> because they are both adjusting at the driver level.

And conversely if you save settings for the FSX profile in NVI, but then afterword open up a FSX profile in NVCP, and then apply and save those settings, those too, will override what you had chosen in NVI.

Perhaps, but it's still better to leave off as default in the CP and all the changes to fsx profile via NI. I know they're somewhat tied within each other.

Nice DylanM, I will post my settings soon, still fine tuning. What did you do to get that water DylanM?

I read in another thread about someone using bloom mode to make things look better, may I ask if it's the built in FSX's bloom or some other addon?

So my question once again, does FSX still crash when minimized or windowed with SweetFX 1.5?

No, it shouldn't crash in windowed mode, nor any other mode. Sfx doesn't crash on it's own because it works flawlessly with hundreds of games. If it crashes for you, then it's something particular to your setup.

SMAA? I only see things which are list by my taxi lights and by runway lights. The ground itself is not visible. Cabin is also very dark.
