No need for a screen shot program, FSX has one built in, all you need to do is press the V key to capture a screen shot and it will go to you MyDocs Pictures folder.

I use PicPick and set up a hotkey on my PFC yoke. 

Auto renames, places in the specified directory and you can choose .png, .jpg etc. 

Nice application. Free.
