November 29, 200421 yr I wanted to change a particular livery for my CRJ-200 and wanted to know what airlines in all are covered within FS' ATC system. I would like to see if SkyWest is listed.Noel Noel System: 9900X3D Noctua NH-D15 G2, MSI Pro 650-P WiFi, G.SKILL 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000, WD NVMe 2Tb x 1, Sabrent NVMe 2Tb x 1, RTX 4090 FE, Corsair RM1000W PSU, Win11 Home, LG Ultra Curved Gsync Ultimate 3440x1440, Phanteks Enthoo Pro Case, TCA Boeing Edition Yoke & TQ, Cessna Trim Wheel, RTSS Framerate Limiter w/ Front Edge Sync. November 29, 200421 yr It's in the voicepack SDK available from Microsoft - and I have also seen it a few other places - but as I am not limited to the callsigns build into FS I do not keep track of the file so I can't point it out to you.If you miss a callsign you can always go here: http://www.editvoicepack.com
November 30, 200421 yr That's great Lars--I'll check it out. Many thanks.Noel Noel System: 9900X3D Noctua NH-D15 G2, MSI Pro 650-P WiFi, G.SKILL 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000, WD NVMe 2Tb x 1, Sabrent NVMe 2Tb x 1, RTX 4090 FE, Corsair RM1000W PSU, Win11 Home, LG Ultra Curved Gsync Ultimate 3440x1440, Phanteks Enthoo Pro Case, TCA Boeing Edition Yoke & TQ, Cessna Trim Wheel, RTSS Framerate Limiter w/ Front Edge Sync. November 30, 200421 yr Lars' Editvoicepack is second to none. But if still interested or anyone else that is here a link that provides complete list for FS2002, FS9 does have a few more...http://www.geocities.com/eric_2203/index.html:-outtahttp://publish.hometown.aol.com/p3superb/i...s/sign_name.jpgThere is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness".- unknown"My daddy gives me up, to fight for you"- a US Military Members Child
December 3, 200421 yr Go here:http://www.airlinecodes.co.uk/or here:http://www.airodyssey.net/reference/callsigns.htmlto get the proper callsign for the airline. Then look here:flight simulator 9aircraftairlines.cfgand see if it is there.I should add that for some of these, there are multiple comanies which fly under (for example) United Express, and my understanding is that they use their company's callsign, not "united".scott s..
December 3, 200421 yr There are a few oddities in there as well, like, for instance, British Airways - their callsign is "Speedbird", but MS list it as Speed Bird. Not a lot of difference, but it has confused a few people in the past! ;-)Just something to be aware of.Ian P.
December 3, 200421 yr "Speedbird" vs. "Speed Bird" doesn't confuse too many people, but it completely befuddles computers. One works, the other doesn't, plain and simple. Similarly, "Fed Ex" is not the same as "FedEx" either. One that was harder to find in FS2002 was "Argentina " with the extra space at the end. Your aircraft.cfg file needed quotes with the blank to get it right, because the parser would otherwise trim leading blanks.Fortunately, Editvoicepack updates the airlines.cfg file with the right names, so that's always my reference when deciding whether I should go through the effort of downloading a repaint and setting up AI traffic for it.
