Helpmwith flight plan

I have recently started getting this issue.

 

I would file a flight plan in fsinn, submit and connect to the vatsim network.

 

But the arc do not see my flight plan. If I go back into the flight plan option, there actual departure time is populated, but I am still at the gate.

 

This has happened a couple of times, not sure why.

 

Any help or advise ?

Is this the order you're using?  I use FSINN too, but I connect to the network, fill out flightplan then submit.
