I like the tail but I don't like the Iberia font...

 

Could be worse though, it's nice and clean.

I agree with Lee, the logo is cool, I like it better than the old one, but the font is not that attractive, and it's a bit too much white in the front part.

This might not be a problem on smaller planes, but on large ones like the A330/340 some more variation would be nice.
