Wrong email after key request

Hi,

 

I've got a problem activating Radar Contact. I've reinstalled FSX with all my addons, but after install RC it doesn't accept my old key. So I send a mail with a request for a new key, but I've got this answer;

 

'I am unable to find your email address in my records, and cannot process
your key request
Please request your key with an email from the same email address you used
when you purchased Radar Contact
If you have a new email address, please send your updates to: jd@jdtllc.com'

 

I don't get it, because I always used the same email adress. I also have all the order data from RC, which I bought in 2010 backed up in a text file with the same email adress.

 

Help would be appreciated.

Already got it working, found another text file in my backup map with another key, which was the good one. :ph34r:
