FSX Full Moon Night

Recommended Posts

Hi just wondering if this lighting is correct in a full moon night. Can you see the water like that and those reflections in a real full moon night? thx

I can't really say about large bodies of water, and how the Moon would reflect there, but I too think it is pretty realistic. And the Moon can be extremely bright, if you're not in a large town you'll definitely notice that.

I noticed this just the other night, staring up at the full moon in the sky, that the moon itself was incredibly bright to look straight at it, everything else in the night sky remained incredibly dark, given that this thing was borderline blinding to look at for too long.

Still, the empty night sky and all of its infinate darkness just absorbs all light, thus the night sky remains dark, and unlit.

Looking at the light on your clouds and aircraft, thats pretty much spot on the same amount of light I had in my back garden, on that clear, cloudless full moonlit night, so I'd say it was spot on :-)
