If you knew the a/c of which I am referring you would know why they weere not incorporated.

 

But it still wouldn't be "the first aircraft to have them"  as you originally asked!

Instead of trying to "split hairs" why not try to answer the original question.

The word "crescent" might give you a clue.

As I said the word "crescent" might give you a clue. And in 2009 it took-off accidentally on purpose!
