Whether you call it CAVU or CAVOK it's the same, ceiling and visibility unlimited.  Yesterday morning I had flown out of home base at KLWB Lewisburg WV bound for KMTN, Martin State Airport in Baltimore MD to start a corporate charter flight.  15 minutes after take off and I'm at FL 240 under incredibly clear and cloudless skies.  What you can't see is the 45 kt tailwind pushing my ground speed to over 310 kts.
