New Bug? Lights completly go off...

At certain elevations in FSX, you will see no night lighting.  Looks like you were pretty low over the water.  I do not believe it is a DX10 bug as DX10 should work the same as DX9, only better (performance wise).  Do you have the default scenery installed?  Is UTX installed?  Commercial scenery works differently than the default. 

 

Now, about that landing....  I saw where you had a panic attack and tried to go to the right when it looked like you might continue into the ocean. In real life that would have cut out the lights forever.  Landing at night is difficult, especially on aircraft carriers so I have deep appreciation that you even hit the aircraft carrier's landing zone in the first place!  :lol:
