PFPX on sale

I see PFPX is on sale for $38.47, What opinions are out there comparing it value and operation wise to FS commander at $33.53 ?

Where are you seeing PFPX on sale, Ron?

 

I see it's at 41 Euro's excluding tax on their website.

PFPX is a very nice program and if you are into making and tweaking routes there's no excuse for not having it.

I appreciate all the replies thus far, but I was also looking for a comparison of features and value for money.

I believe FS commander is still slightly cheaper. If PFPX has a further discount on Tuesday, they could be close to the same price.

To keep supporting all of the functionality of it, does one have to subscribe both to a navdata source and the PFPX weather sevice after a year?
