But what's new in version 1.4.3 and OVHD controls still need to be controlled from the "Alt menu" ?

Nothing is new in version 1.4.3 as its been out for years.

If you're referring to the pro edition. The 737 controls within the menu have been removed and are now assigned to customizable key strokes. Note: The PMDG 777X does not need any menus or key assignments to function properly.
