Anyone recognise this air crash?

I'm quite sure the reason you haven't heard of this accident before was because of the fact that it isn't real. Computer animation can be quite deceiving.

I just got 25 seconds of blank screen.

Me too. The funny thing is that Windows Explorer shows a preview thumbnail.

Very odd. I downloaded the file again and it plays fine on my system. Can you play other avi files OK?

 

It's worth seeing, even though it's a mock up...

That's waht I thought, too. I don't have any other avi files handy, but usually I should be able to play them. VLC player is as far as I am aware able to do so, as is Realplayer...

It's actually a TV advert (for what, I don't know).

Would this crash have anything to do with the "Air Crash Investigations" show?

After all, I think they show pretty much every crash (or mysterious crash) on their show? :huh:

No! It's a fake video. Nothing to do with reality.

Then I suppose the case Is already solved then.  ^_^

(I've never seen the ad for myself anyway, I think Its only viewed in the United States?)
