I'm trying to buy a copy of Prepar3d V2 but I can't pay, that's my error message:

Order Declined We're sorry, but the credit card gateway is temporarily unavailable. Please try again at a later time. An administrator has been notified

 

I tried with 7th different cards but it doesn't work. I'm so sad  :(  :(  :( 

Does anybody have this issue? And how have you solved it?

Nobody have my same problem?

There have been some glitches with the purchasing process, but LM is very good about sorting out the problems.  Best way to resolve them is to post in the Prepar3d forums at www.prepar3d.com.  Hope this helps.

7 different cards? Sheesh thats a lot of cards

I got the error but I entered the data again,and 2nd time it worked.

7 cards? You insane?

Oh I reached my limit, let's get a second one.. and a third..etc??

Why are people seeking transaction support on AVSIM for a product sold by Lockheed Martin? That's like complaining to Target customer service because Newegg won't accept your payment.

Yeah I know that I shouldn't post it here but they said to me that the problem is my cards. I answered to LM that my bank saids that all cards work perfectly, and I still haven't received an answer for about 40 hours. That's why I posted here...  

Lockheed Martin won't be processing credit cards itself. It will have a merchant account provider to deal with them. It will be the provider whose blocking the sale, not Lockheed Martin.

To me, it sounds more like the "gateway" was simply too busy at the time to handle your card.

Well, I really don't know wich is the problem... I tried something like 87 or 90 times (really) but nothing,    ...I think I'm gonna die  :wacko:

So my advice would be that the credit card gateway is temporarily unavailable and that you should try again at a later time.

It's what i've done for about 90 times (this is the "try again" part)       ... for 2 days ( and this is the "Later time" part) 

 

And I've used both Mastercard and Visa circuits

EDIT: Nevermind.
