notebook HP dv7

 

windows 7 64 bit

 

intel core2 quad cpu q9000 2.0GHz

mobility radeon hd4650 

4gb ram DDR3

 

my question is:

I can start p3d in my pc?

Help for what? Your laptop's video card does not support DX11, so there's nothing to suggest other than a newer desktop or laptop...
