Installation Error 0x8007064c

Hi folks,

I just put in a new 500Gig VRaptor, just for a dedicated P3d v2, naming the drive P:

I installed as administrator v2 to P:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D V2 -

About 5 minutes into the install I get the error message - "Installation Error 0x8007064c" and have to abort install.

 

I have FSX/P3D v1.4 all running well on this pc and pc is in excellent condition.

Using a 570 Classified 4gig gpu - checked DXdiag and have DX11 installed and working.

I'm only running MSE so no virus protection is in play.

 

I installed from C: to the P: drive.

 

I did check at the Prepar3d Forums to no avail.  Put the same thread in and no hits.

 

Any ideas what I need to do??

 

Your help would be highly appreciated.
