cold and dark start

Hi all, just bought the caravan this week. Can anyone tell me how to set it up for cold and dark start? Thanks!

Many thanks! That works great. I see to have a couple other problems that maybe someone can shed some light on: Quite often on takeoff, with prop lever fully forward, power on full, and one notch of flaps I loose the engine about 1/4 way down the rw. A control E quickly usually saves the T/O. A second problem is that occasionally on the enroute phase, I lose both the PFD and MFD. Could this be a video card problem?

Appreciate any ideas!!
