PMDG 747 400X Major ISSUE

Hello When I try to do Cold And Dark on PMDG 747 The Knobs and Switches don't Respond when I Click them( EX Click on APU

KNOB FROM OFF TO ON IT STAYS ON OFF. If i press the Buttons From the Keyboard It Works However I do not Know all of the buttons for these switches I HAVE A LEGAL PMDG 747 400X NO LIVERYS NOTHING @
