System Upgrade - Status Report

Our attempt to upgrade the system tonight failed. It took us 10 minutes to install the upgrade, and four hours to recover from it. Our apologies for that folks. We won't be doing any alterations for a while. We do not want to go through that again.

FYI POM in Australia refers to Prisoner Of Mother England (POM for short)
