Should we be using EMT to install FlightBeam's KPHX w/ it's P3D V2 compatible installer?

I just downloaded the installer but haven't run it yet because I wasn't sure if I should be disabling Estonia first, or if I should leave it enabled as if the installer wasn't designed for P3DV2.  Anyone know for sure yet what to do on something like this?

If the add-on has a P3Dv2 installer, the presence or absence of the EMT is irrelevant.

Thanks, I assume that also means it doesn't matter what state EMT is left in, Virtual FSX enabled versus disabled.
