Question before purchasing full version of RAAS professional

I have FSX installed on two computers and both have come up with warnings about proceeding with opening  the FSX with the RAAS included with Aerosoft Airbus extended and PMDG 777 as it may be a security problem. If I click do not install the RAAS FSX works fine but if I proceed it crashes the FSX and it wants to restart the FSX. In fact I have gone into the RAAS dll and told it to disable the RAAS so I do  not get this message.

My question is that if I purchase the RAAS professional full version will it work and do I need to uninstall the RAAS included with the Airbus extended  first.

Hi Michael,

 

There's no point in purchasing RAAS Professional until you have your current RAAS issue resolved.

 

You'll experience the same issue with it.

 

Try disabling your firewall/antivirus temporarily... it may be interfering.

 

Also be sure to do a forum search.  A few others have had similar issues and you can see how they resolved it.

 

Also be sure to check the Trouble Shooting page... read it carefully...
