REX4 vs DX 10 fixer

When I set up the new REX4 shall I choose the DX10 settings - wave animation and so on...

And do DX10 Fixer need a reinstall. .Anyone have experiences with the new REX 4 ??

EDIT: Yes it works perfectly. No need to re-install fixer, just run it and let it update the new textures.
