T7 airlines have different options concerning RAAS.

Try another livery or check RAAS equipment from either the CDU or the operations center.

(BTW, I learned this from the introductory manual.   :P )

Or, maybe, you haven't run makerwys 'as administrator'?

Its for just the PMDG, not the thing from FS2crew, as i dont have FS2Crew

The PMDG 777 is using our FS2Crew RAAS (a locked version which only works with this aircraft).

I would also recommend what Oliver said.

Did you run the Audio test to ensure you don't have a sound problem?

If you looked at the Log file and see no error messages, it should work.  We have a zillion RAAS users since everyone who own the 777 and Aerosoft Airbus gets it for free, and reports of issues are very rare.

Test it at a default airport.

In the CDU, there are options defined per livery "Airline Options." You have to look there, not the Addons menu. The option is also in the PMDG Operations Center. This is all in the introduction manual. Give it a read...lots of good info there and the "solution" to about 85% of the "issues" reported here.

You have a corrupt system file.

You're going to have to repair/reinstall Windows.

A few other users had this exact same error, and re-installing Windows was they only way they fixed it.

That could probably mess things up.

I would generally recommend doing a clean re-install of Windows to keep things simple.

Also, when submitting support requests, I might suggesting mentioning right off the bat that you think your registry is all messed up  :P
